As the company continues to expand its footprint in Japan, Lalamove recently relocated to a new office in Tokyo to support business growth and team collaboration.
Project Objectives:
Lalamove Japan engaged us to provide end-to-end IT procurement, installation, and infrastructure setup services to ensure a seamless transition into their new office. The focus was on reliability, performance, and clean, professional implementation.

Access Point & CCTV Installation
- Successfully mounted enterprise-grade Wi-Fi Access Points on the ceiling across the office for stable wireless coverage.

- Equipment Rack Assembly & Device Setup
- Assembled and secured the server/network rack with proper ventilation and cable management.
- Installed and configured all IT infrastructure devices including switches, routers, and NVR.

- Pulled and terminated network cables from Access Points, CCTV units, and printer stations to the equipment rack using industry-standard practices.
- Conducted post-installation testing and labeling to ensure easy future maintenance.
